My Zex setup

well i installed a Zex kit the other day in my 5th gen, (really simple) and im in love with it and i havnt even sprayed yet.

I was thinking of laying down my trunk mat on some plywood and trace and cut it to make it a little more stable for the bottle , anyone have any tips on securing the bottle a little better than just the cardboard mat? or would my idea work just fine?

I'm glad I mounted the bottle this way, it makes for a solid and secure setup. And gave me more peace of mind about having 1000 psi of compressed gas in my trunk until I got comfortable with it.

Call, venom, they have a patented bracket I believe, that mounts to your frame, it's a billet aluminum piece, looks pretty cool.

I ran 2 1X4 braces across the span of the trunk and put the stock mat on there, with the bottle and a battery back there I was getting some sagging action.....
