Yes, I know this is an ancient post, but for other users; that bottle is mounted backwards. the valve needs to be towards the back of the car; as such, so when the car accelerates, it pushes the fluid towards the nozle. Mounting like that will work fine when the bottle is full, but after a few pulls, you will start getting hicups.

EDIT: Correction, this bottle has a tube inside, that goes from the fitting, to the bottom end of the bottle... sorry for the confusion
