Injector Sizing

with the notion that as long as I have enough fuel for the air in the cyclinder...I won't burn up my rings or blow a hole in the top of my piston, how ever I will be pushing the limits of my stock bolts and rods. I'm looking to up my shot, and it would be as simple as changing the jet setting but how will I know if I run lean? Is there a way to caculate how much juice my factory injectors can support? I'm currently running pretty much everything except a fuel rail and injectors. I'd like to make my ride a bit safer, although I've been through 5 bottles and haven't had a problem yet, although I do tighten my lifters more regularly now because after every two bottles they tend to clack. So I guess my question is :Is there a special way to size injectors asides using the regular sizing method?

I'm on a 75 zex dry, I have pretty much everything from zex that they have to offer what I'm lacking is injectors, fuel rail and a pressure regulator. I've run through 5 bottles so far with no problems, asides from burning up a set of Denso Iridium plugs before getting a colder set.

I would say you dont need injectors with that shot but then again you need a way to compensate for the fule on that dry kit. Get yourself a pressure regulator and up it to 40psi at idle and 50 psi at wot
