how much nos can i push with full titanium valvetrain

hey well i was racing and leaned out with my dry kit. i'm goin to convert to wet and redo the valvetrain with all titanium.. how much can i push without messin the bottom-end up? and is titanuim the way to go in the head?(future plans are to do turbo, bore and sleeve block, new pistions and rods, ect)

I dont know if they even make titanium valves, I know they dont make springs, so basically your left with titanium retainers. So your stuff wont be titanium, and even if it was it wouldnt give you much advantage over stainless steel. SS valves will hold alot of "nitrous", more than your engine can handle.....I would also recommend finding out why exactly you messed things up with your old setup first. No matter what your stuff is made of it will still break if you dont stop the problem.

if it leaned out and your having problems, why not switch to a wet kit now. What size shot are you running?

Also, when you start upgrading your valvetrain the valves tend to break instead of bending which can result in more damage. On the stock bottom end I wouldn't spray more than 120 crank horsepower (90 whp) through a wet DP system.

hey well i was racing at 100+ mph when it happened, and see i didn't know it happened til i got back to town from HIN so i ran it for about anouther hour without knowing.. so that's what they problem was... just not enough gas or at least that is what me and my friends here were thinkin.. btw i was spray a 75hp shot with the NOS kit.

Were you spraying for a long time when you did it? As in over 15 seconds?
