how many inches from the TB

My question involves placement of the nozzle on a single fogger system. I've heard that going farther away can allow more time for the nitrous to chill the intake charge, I also know that if you go too far away it will ruin the mixture and bad things can happen. If I remember right you have to run a wet shot closer than a dry shot because the fuel will "clump up" sooner. Do I have that backwards? Anyone have a good X-many inches to X-many inches for dry vs. wet?

At least 6 inches. Moving it farther away doesnt chill the air any more, it just allow the nitrous and fuel mixture to mix better. I mounted mine 16 inches from the TB and it works just finr. Ive seen it 6 inches away and work fine too.
