I went the AEM fuel rail route, I liked the idea of having the fuel supply spliced with a solid AN fitting.

You can have the fuel rail drilled to accept a fitting or pick up an AEM fuel rail, if splicing the fuel line isn't working for you. You could also convert the rubber hose that runs from your fuel filter to the rail into a SS braided line and just T off of that.

How would i do that? Where would i pick up the fittings for the filter and the bolt on the rail? Would it be cheaper to just do the aem rail route?

MAS will have the fittings or could order them for you. I usually go to White Bear Honda's service department to find out bolt sizes if you don't have a Helm's. The fuel would be an easier venture, but the SS line conversion should cost less. S and S will have the SS line. Make sure that you find out what size of fitting that you need or those shops will laugh you right out the door.
