Why so much timing retard? I am just curious because I only run -2* with a 100 shot. I bet youre losing some power with that. I think that setup should be making more power. Especially with a 75 shot NX.
Base timing is 15 degrees but my uberdata map reads 16. So it's already advanced some. I'll see though. The n2o newbie guide said 3 degrees for 75 shot. I was just being careful.
We'll see though. I have to get a ~28 NX fuel jet. And then I'll do a test run, datalogging, and checking plugs and see if timing is okay at 3.

Those numbers honestly might be a little low. You made 58 whp and 77 ft lbs on a 75 shot. I made 42 and 65 on a 35. So as you can see only a difference of 16 whp and 12 ft lbs from a 35 to a 75. Some of this may be explained by the cams though. Im not sure what the overlap of those is. What are your cam gears adjusted to?

oops.....i was confused.....I dunno though, your torque numbers are really good....many of my nitrous huffin domestic friends see the same thing with NX kits and a fair size shot. Their whp doesnt go up quite as fast as their torque
I will 99% guarantee that the timing retard is eating some power up. The Newb guide said -3* to be very safe. -5* is way too much. Try 1 step at a time though. Go to -4 and then -3.
I am going to try to run 0 or -1* with 100 octane to see what happens.
Yeah, I've been thinking about it alot lately. I had some problems with my fuel pressure safety switch being set too low. We adjusted it at the shop, but now it runs lean on nitrous. It runs perfect off the bottle ~13.2-13.4 A/F all the way through. Perfectly straight A/F ratio line. Runs lean on the bottle, so I ordered some new fuel jets to try out. The NX24 was in there, I swapped it out for the next biggest I had (NX31), way too big. A/F hit 10 and 9. So I'm going to try 26-28 to get the A/F straight. Then, I'll put the timing back down to 3; do a pull and see what my plugs look like.
Oh yeah, what all ways are there to tell that I'm detonation. I know you can pull the plugs and look for whiteness. Will anything show up in my dyno graph or my A/F ratio log?
