Crower Stage II ideal for NOS?

It seems like most FI guys either have stock cams or have custom grinds. Would the stage II's be good for a Big shot NOS setup, or is money better spent on custom grinds?
I have a potential deal on an assembled head with Crower everything.

st2s will work....they arent ideal, but they do good. I think its better to get a cam that is good for NA use also, otherwise a nitrous/turbo cam will slow you down NA.

Well, now I am hesitant to buy them.
Reply from H-T.com:
careful, there's been alot of crower cams that break in half, and then blow engines...
What are my other options? Skunk2?
Who makes cams for the BIG DOGS?

That crower runor stems from a bad batch of material from like 3 years ago. Many guys on here have them and no one has had them break. Id go crower over skunk myself...

Call up webcam and see what they recommend. I don't believe that anyone here has enough of an engineering background to recommend the best cam grind for your setup.

I have heard good things about webcams custom grinds. Call them up, tell them about your setup, and they can figure everything up. Plus, they are a bit cheaper than Crower; last I checked anyway.
