No, they can't handle the pressure and could possibly deteorate from the extreme cold temp. You can however cover the steel braided nitrous lines in black vacuum tubes to conceal them. Just make a slit down the center and wrap it around.
I would highly suggest getting steel braided lines, atleast from a safety standpoint. 1000 psi is a lot of pressure, which is why such stout tubing is needed. You don't want a line to explode at all. There are other areas you can go with a cheaper solution, but use lines and fittings that were designed for this type of pressure.

they do make nylon lines (not sure if it is a special nylon), but I would only use that if I had a distribution block an a DP setup. It would be a lot easier to work with these lines from a block on the IM instead of using the stainless pipping. From the bottle to the engine bay I would still use stainless lines, especially if you run the line under your car.
get ss lines.. ppl say nitrous is the cheap way to get hp... when you start filling your bottle up at 30-45 or so bucks each time, you dont want to have it all leak out because youre bottles open and your lines cant handle it..
piece a kit together just dont do it with sub par ****.
