Car seems to run too rich?

Ok, I've been running a NOS 50 shot for a couple weeks now just fine, checked the plugs last week and they looked moderately rich (goldish-brown color, no signs of detonation) . Tonite I decided to do a couple runs but it was hella cold out. As a result my bottle pressure was at 630 (think I'm low on nitrous as well).

Anyway, when I did a run spraying in 3rd gear (at 4000 rpm) it would pull hard for a bit and then my car would slightly bog like nitrous was kickin in and out. It would still be pullin nicely but not as much as it should. I did a couple more runs like this when I realized I may be hurting something. My question is do you think I could have fouled my spark plugs? What problems can come from running too rich without enough nitrous? Everything seems fine but I'm buying a bottle warmer asap.

your bottle pressure is pretty damn low, you might weigh your bottle too. I usually feel a loss in power when I'm getting low on nitrous (when I have about a 1/3 of a bottle left), even when I've got 1000 psi. If you live in a colder area I highly suggest getting a bottle warmer, the difference between 630 psi and 1000 psi is significant). And if you have a wet kit you will notice low bottle pressure/an empty bottle more, since it is spraying enough fuel for a 50 shot and you might only be getting a 25 shot due to the bottle pressure.

If you fouled your plugs you'd be misfiring and the car would be running like crap. Running rich is safe. I wouldn't worry about it. Just toss some new plugs in if you want to be sure.
