It's not a big deal you just screw it on there. Make sure that you have all of the nitrous out of the bottle before you go undoing the vent fitting for a threaded one.

Yes, you'll need a male-male fitting or else the blow down tube would just fly off if the pressure valve released.

Don't forget that the blow down tube must vent "OUTSIDE" the car........I got bagged in tech for just having the tube point down and away from the driving compartment.....This means drilling holes!!!!

what do you need the blow down tube for???

track regulations???

you say it has to vent outside the car???
why?
and where would u drill the hole?
would it be dependent on where ur bottle is mounted???

You only need a blow down tube if your bottle is mounted in the passenger compartment. Mine is in the trunk so I have no problem. If I fold my rear seat down or remove it I need a blow down tube.

Correct.

I had stripped my interior w/ my bottle in the trunk and the blow down tube must vent outside so drilling a hole in the floor of the trunk for the blown down tube was necessary.

Why? I gues they don't want you breathing N20 while going 100 MPH on a drag strip....silly them
