Beefing up the bottom end

I just purchased another h22 (H22A1). I currently have a zex 55 shot on my other jdm h22.

For the block I'm gonna go with:
Darton Replacement Sleeves (Stock Bore)
Ross Pistons 11.1 4340 Aluminum 321g each
Manley Rods 1000+ HP
Balanced Crank

I don't wanna go more than 11.1 cause of Pre-det.

My co-worker put me on to the pistons and rods. he said that hes used these brands in his race cars for years (V8 dirt racing).

The only thing I fear is the sleeves. Anybody ever use these Replacement Sleeves?

Are u only running the 55 shot on that block?

If so you'll definitely be safe with that setup. Ive never heard of those pistons so I cant comment on that. What kinda setup are u running for spark/fuel?

No way bro, the current stock motor has the 55, we wanna go for 150 shot maybe 200. if we can. we don't much about what it will be able to take.

we just gutted the head, valve guides everything bare. so we can port and polish it.

we noticed #4 cylinder has a hole in exhaust port for EGR. We gotta plug it somehow. screws up flow. maybe fill it with TIG weld but may warp valve guide whole. Or make somekind of plug and mushrrom the ends. anybody done this before?

as for the head:

Manley Valves
KMS Bronze Valve guides
5 angle valve job
Forged Valve Locks

thinking about Crower S3 cause I saw em' on sale for $404

whatever cam we go with will have recomended springs/retainer.

need recomendations for fuel setup. Anybody?

Gonna use NGK Heat Range 9 plugs and MSD6AL and coil.
