Any NOS NOSzle users in here?

I have been running a modded NOS WET kit for 2 seasons and several bottles now and wanted to make the switch to Direct Port. I have a beautiful Golden Eagle intake manifold that I want to experiment with, but I was very hesistent to drill into it. I bought it for my nasty turbo motor, but wanted to run it now to see how my power curve is. So I bought a set of the NOS NOSzle injectors to play with. I am going to tune it with the 100 shot and if my A/F is solid, I am going to tune it with a 125 shot. Can anyone give me any tips or ups and downs they went through?

Your motor built? Everyone I talked to liked them. The only negative thing Ive heard is that they change the angle of the injector a little bit

No, the motor isn't built, but I am not worried about that.....250-275whp isn't going to break anything as long as its carefully tuned.

Changes injector angle in the sense it makes the install difficult? Or what?!

No, they lift the injectors slightly, changing the aim. My 100 DP was too much, traction was such an issue on my SS that I tried to go progressive, only to find out NOS solenoids can't handle the rapid cycling, and ended up saying fvck nitrous, well kind of. If I want more after 9 psi of boost, I may slap on a Highpower nitrous DP progressive system. They can deliver as little as 25hp bump with a DP. (Actually I must secretly want to mess up my perfect engine so I can build it ) Can we say, spray water into the intake, force it to higher pressure, add more fuel with bigger injectors, top it off with just a little more fuel and nitrous-----OK lets light it

Well, with my QUIAFE, StageIII axles, and either BFG gFORCE Drag Radials or my 22" Mickeys, I think I will be fine with traction.
I was running an 80 shot before with no problems. NOS Powershot noids are junk, so I swapped in Cheaters for Fuel/Nitrous and just use the PowerSH!T for the purge, which is leaking and needs to be rebuilt anyway. I started looking into the JACOBS and NOS controller, but I just don't feel its needed right now. I will be using it with an MSD dig6, and will be taking full advantage of the 2 step rev-limiter.
As far as blowing a motor, why not just blow it with boost. There are a couple 400+whp stock internal H22's floating around, as well as one over 500whp I believe. See what you can do! BTW, I am selling a KILLER H22 Turbo Internal setup if youre interested. Crower Billetts and CP 9:1 87mm pistons. They are brand new, never installed. WHY? You ask.....I am shooting higher that what I feel safe running Crowers with. I have a set of MANYLEY Rods and CP 9:1 88mm pistons on the way. Trying to get somewhere between 2.3 and 2.4 liters out of it pushing well over 500whp.
Tuning is the key. I blew my stock motor last year with an 80 shot because it was untuned, and I hit the damn fuel cutoff. I don't want to run a fuel pressure safety switch, because I don't want to rely on it, and have to worry about something else breaking. Careful tuning and the MSD rev-limiter will be my safety factors this year. If it looks good at the 100 shot, we will tune it on the 125.

You should run that switch, thats why they call it a safety switch. 2nd, Id reconsider that progressive tuner, even though you got good running gear, its gonna be hard on the car to take a hit like that all at once. 3rd, even with a 125 shot you shouldnt have to get too crazy with the tuning, just run it a little rich. Nitrous and boost effect the motor different, so dont think that a nitrous car can make as much power as a boosted car on stock internals. Regardless of how long it lasts it should be a super fun setup. Good luck!
