Air/Fuel Ratio while spraying

Ok, I just got a dynotune air/fuel ratio gauge and tested it out. I've been running a NOS 50 shot on my SS for two months and have gone through 3 bottles, yeah sounds bad for an SS but i'm cutting back now i promise . I check my plugs (NGK 1-colder) always and they have shown signs of running rich (dark brown buildup).

So I was curious as to what my air/fuel ratio really was. The following were all measured at WOT and were repeatable in all gears.

not spraying:
2000-7000rpm in 3rd: .858

while spraying:
4500-7000rpm, 3rd: .728

Now, from what i read on dynotune's chart it says that .728 is too lean, especially while spraying nitrous . Should I be worried, even though my plugs check out?

Go check it with a Wideband O2 on the dyno. I'd trust the plugs over the dynotune a/f gauge.
