Yet again, I need to ask though

Okay so the fabulous overheating prob. Heres what it is and yes i did search the threads, but nothing found on this issue. So here it is..
89 non vetec b20a5 evo3 16 g turbo so forth so on...
three weeks ago I replaced the head gasket due to about 30+lbs to number three... the gasket looks interesting.
car ran fine for about two days when a rear coolant line cracked. Replaced and refilled, bled the system yadyayaa....
Took for a tune and we started with 143 whp sweet huh
anyway while on the dyno at 18lbs of boost the radiator cap, nowhere else began blowing coolant. The car never ran hot but we shut it down and the car continued to hiss form the cap. We stopped at 300 whp and packed it up. Brought the car home and the damn thing began to blow coolant from the cap pulling form the trailer. Again the car never runs hot. It did great on the dyno no white smoke, no coolant in the oil, plugs are perfect, no tuning problems while it went on. Any ideals are greatly appreciated as this one is not condusive to any other problem ive found on here......
ARP main stud for head stud so could it really be just lifting the head and resealing????????
I since replaced the thermostat with a 180 and refilled and while idling it hasnt thus far continued its issue, however Id like some thoughts on this one.. It started the issue under boost and continued while just idling . oh yeah cap and radiator are new

Try to re-torque the head studs and while your at it make sure your head isn't warped.

sounds like your block/head is warped to me. That's all I can think of ...
