Would you buy a used car that had a SC on it

I'm looking into buying a used car that used to have SC on it.

It was a pretty conservative system (4 lbs boost).
The car only has 12K mileage. And its had the SC since brand new.

Would you guys pick up the car knowing that the forced induction may have been hard on the engine. I want to buy it but i dont' want problems down the road with maintenance due to the SC affects. Also, eventually i'm probably gonna sell it (5 -7 years down the road)...and another prospective buyer will be asking the same thing.

"do i want to buy a car that used to have a SC on it"...so i'm wondering if i will have difficulty selling it.

Any opinions will be greatly appreciated
