Why Is My Car Bogging Down?

I have a 2000 prelude sh. I just installed my JRSC. I have an AEM V2 intake, crappy weapon R headers, and a tanabe exhaust; I believe its 2.5 in in diameter. My question is, my car will start to bog down and have absolutely no torque unless im above 3.5K in any gear. Only when the boost guage says im boosting. Up hill i get about 5lbs of boost. On the freeway going 70mph or so, i get up to 7lbs of boost. Is this normal? why would it be bogging down so bad at that RPM. Even on flat roads it does this. There is prolly an inch of play on the big supercharger belt is that normal? I didn't install it so im just wondering could that be my problem? Also it hasn't been tuned yet. SSSSooooooooo, how do i get the bogging to go away? Thanks in advance for anybodys help.
