yeah, sorry..........stock internals. the 266whp, 197wtq was in the summer time on 7lbs and creeping, but the car is running a steady 9-10psi in this cold weather.......(probably because my dumptube is kinda restrictive).
ok......i didn't blow the stock motor after 10,000 very hard driven/overboosted miles......but i went ahead and got a sleeved block with 9:1 cp pistons now. 377whp, 333wtq tuned @ 20psi on 2.25" exhaust with a 60-1........but now i have a 3" exhaust and SC61, so i'll retune soon with a little more boost and should make mid 400's if the stock ignition will let me.
This weekend I removed my jrsc setup to pass California smog. I guess that officially puts me in the not blown list. I'm still deciding whether to reinstall everything or just be thankful for having had the setup for so many uneventful miles.
Installed on 97 SH. The car currently has 95k miles. Even compression all cyls.
My (old) setup.
JRSC w/ 9psi pulley
Cartech FMU
RC 440 cc injectors
J&S Safeguard v2
Hondata Gasket
VAFC Hack
DC Headers (wrapped)
High Flow cat
Jackson Racing Oil Cooler
Full build (Import Builders), Precision Turbo Kit (Central Florida Turbo), 12 PSI, 300whp (underrated Mustang Dyno). Lost oil pressure after 1300 miles. Main bearings were completely worn out due to oil starvation (Bearings did not spin). Turned the block into a copper mine, killed the turbo and block had to be completely remachined and re-rebuilt by a local pro-shop. Now breaking in, looking good so far.

should have re-tuned after switching from an 60-1, 2.25"dp/2.5" exh---------to a SC61 and a 2.5"dp/3" exh.
it made 377whp, 333wtq on the old exhaust/turbo setup.
it lasted 4 months after switching over. i didn't have a wideband, but i suppose i was running too lean, and it was detonating. ultimately it threw a rod through the block. i suspect the rod was getting so hot that the bolts cracked and bye bye rod. the cap was crunched and found with tons of shrapnel in the bottom of my oil pan. look on the left side of my sig for damage.

I'm gonna have to call BS on myself here.
I just found this not too many posts up above from over a year ago. See what happens when you DON'T go to retune like you planned?? LOL! KABOOOOOOM!
Well mine went with a JRSC Kit after I over revved it and detonated piston#4...the rebuild is next week with new forged aluminum pistons. total damage is over 3,000 dollars.

Forgot to update this. Fully rebuilt the engine after the oil pressure/bearing catastrophe. Didn't last long, about 500 miles when the engine started dying again, but not due to Oil Press. Wouldn't start, making sh!t for power (200whp @ 9psi on a SC 61 haha). Did a compression/leakdown test and it failed horribly. Pulled the head and found a blown headgasket due to my PIECE OF SH!T IMPORT BUILDERS Sleeves SINKING about .010-.020. Full Re-RE build. ERL Sleeved/Built bottom end darton sleeves 9:1 compression and Hondata S300 instead of the Microtech. Now making 390whp on 12-13psi. About 2000 miles on the clock and running strong as hell. NEVER TRUST IMPORT BUILDERS IN CALIFORNIA! WORST ENGINE BUILDING COMPANY EVER! ERL FOR THE FVCKING WIN!!!!
