The turbo is really the only thing that needs plenty of inspection. Take the turbo and play with the impeller. Any motion front to back or side to side is not good. Also, pull on the shaft like you want to remove it, if it moves that way as well then no good. Look for oil burn marks, scrapes/scratches and so on.
Ask the seller what type of oil they used and how often they got oil changes. Ask for proof of it.
As for the rest of the kit, make sure all the piping is there, the injectors seem to be in good condition/ECU/oil lines etc. and you should be good to go. The turbo is your main worry
