FMAX makes a turbo for for the H23. Last I knew, www.mmrusa.com carried them.

go to www.google.com and type in Fmax turbo (or drag turbo) + honda prelude you'll get a handful of results, that's what I did. I found 7 or 8 diff sites when I did that. I would jus send you links but I deleted them after i ordered my turbo.(i bought it locally) I do know of a site offhand called http://www.turbo-kits.com/ they sell turbos for our hondas.
