valvetrain recommendation

Im planning to rebuild my head. Planning to keep the stock cams but swap out the valves, valve springs, and retainers. Any recommendations on brand (supertech, ferrea, crower,..etc) ?

If you are going thru the trouble of building your head, why wouldn't you upgrade your cams?

most people build their head JUST so they can run more agressive cams...

I always thought the stock cams were the best for boost. Just up grade the springs and retainers. why would you change the cams?

Quick question. When upgrading, does anyone recommend doing the valve seals and cam seals while you're at it?

why not invest into build block more then the head? If you already go the block use ferrea(sp?)

I had my head done with crower valve train but i was on NA route now chose to go turbo. So block not build but head is P&P and with OEM cams, but with crower vailtrain. no problem and atm. my valve are oversize also
