turbonetics for power, greddy for reliability
keep in mind the ECU is a crucial part of any turbo setup so put money aside for it.

I had a Greddy kit and if I had to choose again I would go with the Turbonetics kit. Greddy turbos are known for there oil seals going out.

that combined with the fact that the greddy turbo produces hardly any power. I say neither and go RevHard.

Plus the Greddy kit comes with no intercooler or BOV, plus it's an internally wastegated turbo. Not necessarily a problem with that last one but an external wastegate would be preferable

screw a budget, do it right no matter the cost. one way or another your gonna go over your set budget unless you have $10+k set aside for a turbo setup.

which gen prelude is it goin on? do you have strict emissions where u are? what kind of driving are you doing?
the greddy kit is good for about 50ish hp, awesome low end, bad top end, fits great, comes with blue box tune... suuuuuuuper rich.
turbonetics will get you more top end power. if ur motor is not built, u'll prob get boost happy and blow it.
on a stock motor, i think the greddy kit is good for around town fun driving. dont count on drag racing w/ it tho.
