Turbo'ing my JDM H22a.

i've been trying to read up a lot on turboing and all that junk. i know the best thing to have are low compression motors, but i'm going to work with what i have. i know that you should resleeve and put in lower compression pistons to decrease the c/r for safer and stronger turboing. i plan on buying a turbonetics t3/t4 and running only 5-7psi on my daily. sock internals, and not driving the **** out of it, would she be ok? also, can you drop in lower c/r pistons on stock sleeving? or do you have to resleeve?

Step 1) search.

Step 2) buy an ECU

Step 3) Go to the dyno

and just because i'm feeling like a nice guy tonight, you have to resleeve if you put aftermarket pistons in a H22.

Yes you can run 5 to 7psi daily but its all in the tuning. A piss poor tune = blown motor. So if you don't have the money to get her tune then don't waste your time
