turboing h23

My buddy has a pretty sick prelude and he has both an extra t3/t4 turbo and bov just sitting in his garage that he was pretty much just gunna give me. My question is will i have any problems turboing my stock h23 engine or is there anything internal im gunna have to do. My h23 has 110k on it and the only mods i have so far are a blox throttle body and 2.5" catback. Well and a CAI and header which would now be useless but thats irrelevant. i know obviously im gunna need the other accessories for the turbo like the IC piping, intercooler, wastegate, etc. but my main question is will my engine hold up without reinforceing the internals or anything like that. I dont plan on racing it just running low boast and getting alil more power when i want it ;-)

Your stock internals will only hold up if you get a good tune and even then at 110k on your motor it's only a matter of time before you blow your motor.

i would say with that many miles and you want it to last i'd say go with 5lbs. people say 8 or 10 but doesn't hold up esp with 110k. and it'll be cheaper. you could stay wit your stock map sensor. just need to upgrade your injectors and fuel pump.
list of what you'll need to boost.
1. 255lph fuel pump
2. 440cc injectors (dsm cheapest)
3. fmic
4. bov
5. wastegate
6. piping
7. exhaust manifold
8. downpipe
9. oil feed line
10. oil drain line
11. turbo
12. use t-clamps not hose clamps
13. vacuum t to tap for bov
14. o2 wideband or egt gauge
15. chipped ecu or standalone ecu (hondata, or aem)
i think that's about the check list. you could add more gauges to get a live feed. but i would atleast get a egt or wideband.
