turbo time need some help

ok im all done with my car now its time to turbo it... now a local spped shop told me to check out ebay for a tubo kit now money is not much of an issue the problem is that this is my first honda that ive ever buit so im not sure what route to go i know im lookin to run around 15 psi but throw out much more on a track i was lookin on ebay and i seen a kit for 1,200 that seemed like what i want but im not sure the motor is a built jdm h22 2.2 also i am a lil worried about going with ebay parts bc right now i dont have any and have never used them if im missing any info that would help you help me let me know thanks

look at my thread on here. selling a turbo and few turbo parts. To run 15psi you need serious block work since the stock h22 can handle 8-10 max on a greatt tune 6-8 on the safe side. i have aebs sleeves, eagle h beam rods, acl race bearings, and custom cp 9:1 pistons etc. You need a bigger fuel pump, bigger injectors

thanks but the motor is already built, thats not realy the problem... i need to know things like what fuel pump what injectors what turbo you know brand size things like that

what lilbill said.... check out his turbo, way better setup than any ebay kit.

Plus if the shop you went to told you to go with an ebay kit, find a new shop.

For bigger boost applications the walbro pump is only really good as a pick up that will feed a better pump like a bosch 044.

let me get this straight, you dont even know what motor you have?

$1200 for a turbo kit? No. A 'decent' kit will cost you ~$3k.

What EMS are you going to be using?
