Turbo SH (quick question)

If I turbo my SH, I realize that my ATTS will be no use

but what if I remove the turbo, for like selling my car, will my ATTS come back up?

The main reason you would lose your ATTS would be because of the engine management. Most engine management systems, except Greddy E-manage, are not compatible with your ATTS unit. However, when you do decide to sell your car and replace everything back to stock, including the ecu, then you should be able to hook everything back up so that your ATTS comes back.
