Turbo Issue? Please Help

Alright guys, i have a 98 turbo running the hondata S300. I am running 16psi and if i ever do a 3rd, 4th, or 5th gear pull the engine will cut off and the check engine light will come on. The engine then will start back up and check engine light will go away. I rode around with the labtop and the error code does not show up on the computer so i cant figure out what it is.
But here what gets me.....i can get into it hard from 1st to 5th and nothing will happen....only when i do pulls in thoughs gears.
Does anybody know what this problem is? im clueless unless its the boost cut....but why?

how many psi are you running?

If you are on the stock MAP sensor and you go past 10psi, the MAP sensor can't read it anymore.

i running 16psi but i do have that 3 bar map sensor. i figured that its not the check engine light shutting the engine down, but the check engine light is coming on because the engine is starting back up. i think i will just get it tuned again and see what happens....cause the wideband is going real rich when im at full throttle...like below 9,,maybe its getting to much fuel. idk
