turbo decision

i have been reading and reading threads for the past 3 hours lol and i'm tired of it and just want to go to bed now.

i plan to turbo my 93 'lude (jdm h22a). it will be for the most part my daily driving car. i have no intentions to build the motor. i'm thinking about running t3/t4 hybrid (most common i've noticed) around 9-12psi with SOME not many weekend track events. i'm looking for something to reach max power around 4000 rpm and last until 7400 rpm. with the a/r size, trim and etc. i'm just unsure what to get.

any help will be great thanks!

May I ask why? Or do you just mean you don't want to build the block/rip the motor apart, and stick with bolt-ons/head work?

Boosting over 9 on a stock motor is risky and will most likely break something. 8 psi is ideal for stock motors. A badass 50 trim is the agp 50 trim. That's what ill be running until I get the gt35r.

if you go turbo you will always need to have money set back for anything that goes wrong. When i was boosted on the stock block, my ringlands went while i was getting tuned on the dyno. You have no idea what shape your pistons are in until you crack open the motor.
