Transmission oil cooler kit installation Q

I just installed the transmission oil cooler kit onto my ss jrsc prelude.

When I showed my installation to my friend, he came about with some concern.

I installed the kit on the upper half of the radiator, whereas my friend insists (after I already installed it) that I place it low as possible. Would the placement of this kit cause difficulty for transmission fluid to travel to higher ground? would this increase the chance for the air to be entrapped within the cooler kit causing the fluidity of the T-oil to be difficult?

I haven't run my car yet, cuz after I have installed it, I realized that I was lacking tranasmission fluid, which will have to waiit until the day comes.

thanks

which one do you have the hayden 677?
at first i didnt like my setup because the top portion was being blocked by the front frame bar and bumper from direct air but whatevers, im sure it still works fine.
