t/c'd 2001 prelude question

could anyone explain why my dyno gave these numbers?
imgur: the simple image sharer

i never dyno tuned my car before i modified it, so idk what the numbers were before i turbocharged.

i can see my tq has gains from the stock specs ive looked up, but am i missing something? why does it seem that my power hasnt changed?

what would be the best explanation?
did i do something wrong?

Why do you have higher tq figures than hp? How much psi are you running? And this is still not tuned? Maybe the dyno wasn't calibrated correctly?

8 psi and i have a hondata s300. i cant imagine it being the dynamometer, but it wasnt tuned until i brought it to be dyno tuned. thats what im asking, why is my tq higher than my hp? and stock hp is 200 @ 7000 rpm for an h22a4, so why is there less power? stock tq is around 156 @ 5250 rpm...

oh, dude 200/156 is hp/tq at the flywheel. With the drive train you lose some of those figures. By the time power reaches from motor to the ground power is lose a bit. Honestly it is poosible that the shop had the car strapped improperly. A friend of mine at Pride motorsports told me when they got their dyno that if you leave the straps a bit loose or overly tight you can get a off reading. With 8 psi I would think you'd be pushing 2xx at the wheels. very strange dyno numbers for sure.

we need more info on the car:

turbo, manifold, intercooler, fuel setup, pump, injectors, exhaust sizing, motor, compression ratio etc

who tuned it? were they experienced with the s300? what kind of dyno was used? correction factor used on the dyno?

It could be a lot of things, we just dont have enough info to go from.

it could be possible that they didn't dyno the car in the correct gear.
