Supercharger??

Do supercharger (Jackson Racing) make I louder noise under the hood not sure if it the engine or the SC. Its like a Gurgling/knocking noise but not to sure could it be the pulleys making that noise.

It should make a whining sound. If you have knocking then you have some other issues.

when i had a knocking it was because i had my belts too tight and it ate the bearings and wore out the jackshaft axle. Let it idle and listen to a screwdriver and see where its comming from.

put your ear to the screwdriver and put the screwdriver to a part of the car.

Yes you can up the boost, look for pulleys from motorvations or Endyn. you can also get a different crank pulley. Any one of these will give you roughly 9psi of boost.

Yes you can use a stand alone ECU. If your car is a manual, if you have an auto then you cannot as there is no aftermarket stand alone ECU that will work with the autos TCM.

You take a screw driver and put the handle up to your ear, then put the metal tip on to different parts of the car this will help you locate any noise that your not sure about.

Jackshaft axel is between the two pulleys, one on the crank belt side and the supercharger belt side. I dont think that the axel would go bad so it is probably the bearings. They can be ordered from JR website.

I think that you will have to take the Jackshaft off to replace the bearings as they need to be pressed in.

Actually its all held in by ring springs. You really dont need any special tools, but i did have my jackshaft remanufactured cause it chewed it up too.
