Smooth turbo in a F22A1

I have a Prelude '92 F22A1, with the engine recently rebuild, and have intention to install one turbo to increase the power. But I have intention to gain about 60-100Hp and gets a torque gain beginning in lower RPM.
What kind of turbine turbine housing and A/R ratio may I use to gain more power in low RPM and get a reasonable gain in higer RPM?
In my country (Brazil) I intend to change to Ethanol and use just about 8-10 PSI
Thank you!

if you probably read really basic info on turbocharging which you should probably do if you want to turbocharge an engine, smaller turbo = quicker spool = higher power gains at low rpm. bigger turbo = more lag but = bigger gains but at higher rpm. do some searches and read the 1 million post there are already out there, it will be your greatest ally because most people will ignore your posts if you are asking basic questions that you can already find the answers to. read and read some more. then when you get stuck, or cant find the information on your own, thats what we are here for

The basic knowledge I have (smaller turbo = quicker spool = higher power gains at low rpm. bigger turbo = more lag but = bigger gains but at higher rpm).
My choice in this case can be this: Spa 300 / T3. But I have doubts about the turbine house, the best A/R for this kind of engine....

My country donīt has many modified engines like this, donīt has many accesories to adquire, so I'm little worried about make something wrong...

I'm trying to read some posts, but my english is not quite good.

Anyway, I'll be grateful for any help.

I found one Garrett TB2810 42/49.
Can this turbocharger fit in my F22?

The Garrett might work, but it may be too small. I had a Turbonetics T3/T4 .57 on my
F22a1.

I ran 12psi daily, but I don't advise that. I think I was just lucky. Go for about 8psi.
