JR must be out of their f'ing minds. So they want me to clamp off the reservior hose and proceed removing the pressure side hose off the top of the pump

Unless I'm missing something here, PS fluid is going to spew out all over my clean engine bay and AEM pullie. Is there a better way of doing this?
I also don't see the reason why I need to clamp off the reservior line, unless its just to prevent air from entering the system. Bleeding air out of the PS sys. is an easy fix, so I don't quite get the big deal
