passing smog in cali?

hey so ive been thinking lately about weather or not i want to turbo my lude (obviously if i do decide to im going to do alot of researching first becuase i dont know much about boosting just yet)......but for me....the deciding factor is weather or not it will pass emissions in california...ive heard that it will or you can get a governor sticker for it or something like that

any help that anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated : )
