your turbo is done, time for a rebuild.

where on your oil pan does the oil drain into? you need it to be as high as possible.

Time to rebuild the turbo. Plus stop running the engine. If you are losing that much oil, you are probably going to starve the engine of oil, and then your problem is 100x worse.

my return runs to the backside of my oil pan about 2 inches above my drain plug. What does it being set higher do? sorry I'm new to this. And that pisses me off! It's a brand new turbo, just installed. the car hasn't even ran down the street yet. I'm way bummed, i've spent a ton of time on this build just to have the damn turbo turn to **** right off the start. Anyways thanks for you help

What turbo is it, and where did you buy it?

if your drain into your oil pan isnt high enough, the oil will back up in the line causing it to eventually stay in the turbine housing and destroying your seals, therefore making it shoot oil out your exhaust.

wait....what is your oil return on the back of the oil pan? You want it directly under the turbo on the front.... So the line is as short as possible.

Where is the oil feed coming from? did you use a restrictor?

...that's a lot of hose...

Definitely sounds like there are some issues that need to be looked into on your build.

Pics of engine bay? I'd like to see how the turbo is positioned in there.
