Octane Booster on JRSC

If I put a 15oz bottle of Lucas Oil Racing Formula Octane Booster into the gas tank with a JRSC, I know I won't feel any hp gains. My boost retard nob is set at 10 clicks and I was wondering If adjusting that would provide any sort of gain from a simple $9.00 dollar bottle of this street illegal stuff. Thanks in advance for any advice or comments.

10 clicks is probably far too backed off, but I wouldn't adjust it without being on a dyno.

There is information on octane boosters in the N/A library if you want to look.

If you want a more permanant solution, you could use water/meth injection. That would definitely help improve your IAT situation.
