Need Answers About AEM ECU Problem

Okay to make it plain and simple... went to take my 01 prelude to get tuned with the aem ecu, it ran fine ook it to the track and it was all good, after 2 days of riding around all tuned up and boosted my car just started acting up, it started lagging, coughing and losing power, then it wouldn't start after it stalled out, i checked the spark plugs, checked to see if there were any vaccum leaks, any air leaks any where and nothing was wrong....now I plugged in the stock ecu to find out if it was the AEM ecu that stopped working, next thing you know my car started up and ran fine but not as fast as it did with the tuned ecu. I mail it back to AEM in cali and they said that nothing was wrong with it, so they had sent it back to me, I plugged it back in and loaded the tune back, and tried to start the car, it cranks up and sounds like it's gonna start but right when it gets to the point to where you let go of the key after it sounds like it's gonna start up, it dies out....it shouldn't be my fuel pump cuz I could here the noise humming before i start it.....can anyone help with my issue?

Check to see if you're getting spark at the plugs when you put the AEM in. My AEM ECU failed 3 times. Had to send to AEM 3 times for them to fix it. Are you running an aftermarket ignition? Also, check your cap and rotor to make sure they look ok.
