My lude goes FI by next Friday.

I'm taking my ride to my boyz shop on Tuesday and he's installing my DRAG4 system and ProfecB and COMETIC headgasket and gauges...........and thats it, for now.

The ride will be boosted to 7psi...the fun begins next weekend

Why are you installing a headgasket but only boosting 7psi... what does it lower you overall compression to ?

Probably for safety reasons. Lower compression allows you to run a little more timing.

BTW, I would get a MSD BTM or J&S Safeguard if you don't have anything to retard the timing. Don't want to run stock timing in boost or detonation will occur.

Good luck, I hope everything goes okay.

Do you plan on ever going over 7?

OT, but it's weird to think that I have Saga's Car hanging on my wall. Got it out of Honda Tuning.

7psi for safety, I will probably go higher if the internals seem to be alright with it. I have a J&S that will go on at somepoint. Anybody done one, how long/hard is it?

Also the compression is like 9.3:1 with the gasket.
