My EGT guage isn't working [pic]

The needle is not moving at all although the guage itself still lights up.
I'm guessing my probe is screwed.
However, I didn't install the guage and I wasn't 100% sure which one is the probe.

I was thinking the one on the test pipe would be the o2 sensor but I could be wrong. So I like to double check.

Which one is the probe?

Also, how do i make sure that my probe is the problem?

The probe should be in the actual manifold exhaust manifold (usualy on cylinder 3)

Those are too close together to be both the o2 sensors. The one facing upwards with the harness clip on it is the o2 sensor, and it looks like the one going in sideways with the plastic loom around it is the egt probe. But getbig is right, the probe should be on the manifold as close to the top as possible.
