K, here goes. This is my very first tune with the AEM. I'm not really happy with the shop I took it to but ya never know until you try I guess! I'm also kinda new at all this so I'm just trying to learn as much as I can. I was stalling quite a bit at first with the known AEM idle problem but it's just every once in a while now. The shop had my car for 2 weeks( ) and I drove it for about a week but last night it completey died on me at 1 in the morning. Had to get the damn thing towed. It's acting like my fuel pump went so I am going to replace it with the bosch that came with the kit. The shop I took it too didn't seem to think running the 550's was a good idea and I even bought a resistor pack for the peak and hold injectors but they didn't insall it. It's the first I heard of that but they said the AEM software has something built in that makes the resistor pack unnecessary.
Might be hard to see since my scanner sucks.
Max power was 208.8
Torque was 191.1
Looks like I'm starting to run lean when I reach about 6500?
My mods:
Drag 2 kit
T3/T4 turbo
Tial wastegate
Greddy type S BOV
Spearco intercooler
Turbo XS Boost Controller (temporary)
AEM Fuel Rail
AEM Fuel Regulator
Skunk2 cam gears
550 cc RC Injectors
Greddy EVO exhaust
ACT Stage 3 6 puck clutch
AEM EMS
Any comments would be appreciated. Like I said, I am trying to learn as much as I can!
Thanks guys.

holy schnike, get that thing T U N E D AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
you are almost at 14.0 : 1 at redline, that is not good. those pig-rich spots in the middle are also hurting your power for sure.... shoot for a nice flat curve in the 12.5:1 range, possibly getting richer at the top end, to 12.0:1.
you will have more power and be safer. how much boost? 7psi?

whoever told you that you can run peak and hold 550's without a resistor pack on the ems is smoking something.....you need the resistor pack because the ems is supposed to see high impedance or the circuitry inside will overheat since it has to push out more volts to power the low impedance injectors....the first thing i would do is install the resistor pack ASAP!!!
btw, i have never stalled with the ems and i'm idling at 14.0:1....what known idle problem are you talking about?....you don't need the bosch high flow pump with the ems since you only need to run stock fuel pressures....the stock pump is sufficient as long as you don't try to exceed 70-80 psi or so
your A/F is all over the place...it goes from 12.8 @ 3000 rpm to 10 @ 3700 and then 13.5 @ 7500....you want the A/F to start off at 14-13.5 whenever you are just beginning to boost and then level off to 12.0:1 from about 4000-7500....who tuned your ems?....if you want, i can look at you maps and do some adjustments to make it run a little better...and definitely FIND ANOTHER SHOP!!!
Hey Shark- The shop actually used two blue lines so you can't tell the difference between the max power and the torque line. When the two lines cross at 5500, the power is the line going up and the torque is the line going down.
Schwett- It's running 7psi.
Quaalude- I totally agree about the resistor pack but they wouldn't listen to a damn thing I said. It says right on the AEM site that you need that resistor pack but they said they called AEM and was told they didn't need it. When we first told them about the resistor pack they had no idea what to do with it so I think they just got lazy. As soon as I get the map I will send it to you to see what you think. (thanks!) I usually don't like to say stuff about companies but I am pretty unsatisfied with their work so I will tell you it was Race Related in St. Pete. I did hear when the AEM first came out there was an idling problem but I was under the impression that was resolved a long time ago. I just assumed when the shop told me my car would stall that AEM was still looking into the issue. If I have the air on when I stop, it dies too.
Unfortunaltey I think I killed the fuel pump last night and the only one I have is the Bosch. My car is DEAD until that thing gets installed. Going to try and do it in a little while I think.

you definitely need the resistor pack...it is just like the stock ecu in that it needs to see high impedance....if you car is stalling with the AC on, then you need to adjust the Idle Jack....set it to -12 or so, that is where i have mine....go to Options/Idle Setup (Honda)/Idle Jack
try turning your key to the "ON" position...do you hear the fuel pump priming?....if you do, then the stock fuel pump is still functional....maybe you killed the battery trying to crank the car a lot...recharge the battery and install the resistor pack and then see what happens
btw, you car should rarely stall with a standalone computer....it is all in the tuning

If you zoom in on the image you can see that your horsepower peak at 4900 is your tallest peak on that curve, taller than the peak at 6600 (although they are close). I did differentiate between your horsepower curve and your torque curve before I posted above
His power curve is the bottom line before 5000RPM and goes to the Upper line past 5500RPM. The other line that peaked at 4900RPM is his TORQUE curve which becomes the lower line after 5500RPM. So his Max Torque peaked at around 4900RPM and his Max power looks like it peaked out at around 6700RPM before he leaned out like crazy!
Definately find another shop and get your retuned man, that is some f*cked up A/F curve!!! If you get your A/F to around 12.0:1 all the way til redline, you will also see a slight increase in power towards redline.
The higher curve below 5K rpm cannot be his torque curve. If it was, his max torque would be above 200. The dyno sheet states that his max torque is 191. He is not producing more torque than horsepower.

Dude, look carefully! The number on the right is for Torque, and the numbers on the left is for HP. It even saids it on the Dyno sheet. Just read what it saids on the two sides and it will clear up everything

Thanks! I thought I was going a little crazy here.
Anyway, I called the shop and asked them when I could expect them to complete the tuning on my car and they said they were done! I told them I took a look at the map and the A/F is all screwed up. Then they told me it was just fine the way it is. They have a HUGE problem with my 550cc injectors so they don't want to mess with it again.
Quaalude, I still want to send you the map but I have been working my a$$ off the past few days.
The car is still broke down too damn it but the first thing I'm gonna do when it's up and running is bring it to a new shop so they can check it out.

Don't you have dumbass shops who do that? They don't wanna deal with a problem so they just blow it off and pretend its running good. This is the reason why there are incompetent shops out there who will never learn **** because they are afraid of a challenge.
I tried tuning my car on the Dyno one time and its not easy, but I gave it a shot and I think I did alright for my first time. Of course you can't just jump into it without know anything, I had some knowledge of it. And now I am really looking more into learning how to performance tune cars.
