I know people spend all their time answering the same questions over and over but I searched for these before I posts this!
Anyway, just point me to the thread if it's already been covered.

First, where to buy the JRSC? I have seen it on modacar.com for just shy of 3 grand. Is there somewhere it can be had for cheaper?

Second, How exactly can it be tuned? It seems like it pretty much takes care of everything for you. I suppose you can raise and lower the fuel pressure and change the BTC but that seems to be about it. Is there something else that I am missing?

I'd call up as many import performance part-carrying shop that you can think of (local and online) to see who can give you the best prices. Off the top of my head I can think of importparts.com, nopi.com.

You hit the nail with the tuning options. You really can't change anything else other than static fuel pressure and ignition retard amount. If you have a V-AFC you could tweak the A/F mixture just slightly, and if you've got cam gears installed, you could adjust the exhaust cam gear to your liking.
