Misfiring Problems

Alright guys straight to the point, JRSC 9lbs, emanage, RC 440cc and NGK copper 1-step colder. I recently got my injectors reserviced at RC, and also changed my sparkplugs. Now my car is misfiring, but not at cold start when the car warms up fully the car starts to misfire, catching 1399 cel which is random misfiring. I was wondering would it be caused by bad injector wiring? cause i just recently resoldered it too, but why misfire when the car is either warmed up or driven a bit. please help me out trying to get this up and running. Also when i'm driving the car holds up at 5k rpm on 2nd gear. It wouldnt let me surpass that unless i shift before that to 3rd.
