loud pitch whistling sound ??????

ok this annoying noise starts at idle. goes away when you press the peddle only to come back at idle. open the hood and it hurts your ears. its like a dog whistle from hell!!!!!!! a while back the turbo clamps found its way into my radiator. so its starts to leak, the funny thing is that after installed the new radiator it goes away !!!
So i thought problem solved until now it hunts my ears again. Could a puntured hole in the radiator cause a high pitch frequency?? Could my radiator be puntured again? i was wondering if the intake manifold had something to do with it..... bec my
fuel pressure gauge that connects to the aem fuel rail has been replaced a couple of times, and still to this day the needle went around the world. IF you guys have any idea help me out!!! The car runs fine

holla back
