you can blow a motor up at 6 if it was not tuned right...so....depends on the tune..
I seen a stock h22 12psi and still running going on 6 months already(really good tune)

I dont mess with that cheap stuff, i use hondata, and i recommend that or neptune over any free tuning software.

It's not really that simple, you may be able to start with a map thats for a motor similar to yours but I wouldn't recommend running on it. Either learn to tune (depending on how well you understand how motors work this could be possible) or find a local tuner in the area and pick whatever management they prefer.

So what would be a perfect t3/t4 turbo setup to completely be safe at 5-7psi on the stock internals?

I would be running hondata s300.

Cannot answer that. It depends on a lot of things. Condition of the engine and how many miles are on it. How ofter it is run hard and how hard it is run, and so on, and so on. Oh...And do not forget just plain dumb luck. You may run it for several years beating the hell out of it with no problems. Or you may run it easily for a few months and it blows up. THere is no way to tell.

Only thing I can tell you that as the turbo is going on my car I have a second block that I am beginning to build with sleeves, better pistons, etc
