jrsc tuning

Is the FMU that comes with the JRSC safe to run right out of the box? What exactly does the tuner tune on the dyno? I searched the JRSC thread but I couldn't quite figure this out.

I would not run the FMU. It's a really ghetto form of fuel management, plus it doesn't properly account for ignition timing.

You should run an programmable ECU. Cheapest and most direct would be something like Neptune.

Ok, so I got a p30 ecu out of a 2001 ITR. Will that work with Neptune?

Please read the ECU thread in the N/A library. That tells you all you need to know.
