JRSC Low RPM Bogging Problems

Ok new PO member:
98 JRSC Lude Sportshift
JR FMU
JR Fuel Pump
JR EMS
JR Timing Controller at almost all settings
stock injectors
tried NGKZFR7 & 8's and Denso Iridiums
Currently using stock Denso Plugs 6's
AEM Short Ram Intake
Tusedo Catback exhaust
J&S Safeguard Classic

I had the supercharger installed in North Carolina during Fall, vehicle had minor bogging in the mid-range but no audible detonation, I live in FL and once I drove down to FL due to the hotter climate I heard my car detonating with the BTC at 10 clicks and even higher I started getting the CEL for Knock Sensor, took it to the honda dealer they were nice enough to ask for the JR manual to double check the wiring for the EMS which looked fine. They diagnosed it to be a bad KS so I went ahead and replaced it. The car still had a lot of bogging but no CELs. Whenever I take a stab at the accelerator I experience major bogging mostly between take-off to 4.5k once in VTEC car seems to pull good with minor bogging. I initially didn't have the J&S when I had detonation I installed the J&S the bogging was a little less but still there. I have already run NGK 7's & 8's along with Iridiums with a gap of .28 to .35 with no improvement. I know my car is running majorily RICH because my exhuast hads carbon build up and whenever I replaced the spark plugs with just about 200-300miles were black with carbon no oil at all. I have also removed the JR belt momentarily and the bogging still exists not as much, I also have a weird idle and at times the car stalls when it is in drive once I remove the PCV valve the idles go up and its smoother and I have gotten the EGR CEL a couple times but I have been able to reset it.
SHAAAAAAAAAAAAAARK HEEEEEEEEELP!!!!
since you seem to be the BOOST PIMP with JRSC and everyone plz!! Thanks

Start with a compression check.

What is your idle static fuel pressure, i.e. what is your idle fuel pressure when the vacuum line for the JR FMU is removed?

Has it ever been 'tuned'? You should consider getting a wideband, or having your a/f checked by one at a tuning shop.

Did the bogging below 4.5k rpm get worse after the J&S install? I had a horrible bogging problem 4.5k rpm and below, which could clearly be seen in dyno plots. Removal of my J&S has cleared it up. Not everyone has had this problem with the J&S. Your J&S could be faulty, or your ground for it could be poorly chosen. I still need to try a different ground point for mine to see if it helps. I don't like running without my J&S.

Stick with 7 heat range plugs.

I wouldn't assume your car is running rich because you have carbon on the insde of your exhaust tip. 13:1 A/F will easily cause carbon buildup, and 13:1 is NOT rich for a JRSC'd lude.

About your bogging problem, the JR EMS is prone to bogging to begin with, especially in hotter weather. A hondata or AEM system is what you want to make your car enjoyable to drive.
