**IMPORTANT UPDATE** On Fuel Pump Problems

I just hooked up my fuel pressure gauge and guess what reading I got at idle??? Over 100 psi.THIS IS AT IDLE!!!
How do you test static fuel pressure? and should I adjust according to static or idle fp?

Now do you guys think I might have damaged my pump???

Welcome to the club When I put my gauge on it was at 140psi approximately. You didn't damage the pump though it can handle much more than that I think. My pump seems to be fine and I ran with high pressure for awhile. Hope I didn't break anything else My gauge "was" in the feul rail. Where is yours at? I think I am going to relocate it or do a different setup.

That is something I've wondered about;
