How is the turbo mounted in the engine bay? Is your oil return kinked? How the return routed and what is the size compared to the oil supply?

The the compressor side is on the drivers side and the exhaust on the passenger. no the oil return line is perfectly straight from the turbo directly to the front side top of the oil pan. My feed line doesn't have any kind of regulator or restrictor. I was thinking that would be the problem. I completely went threw the turbo on everything was prefect, all the seals we brand new with no breaks as was the bearing and everything else. I think if a pressure regulator for the feed line doesn't fix the problem then a new turbo it is... I just really don't the money for it right now. but thanks for any constructive comments.
