How much boost/WHP before I need Catchcan?

My car is getting tuned this Friday night and I'm trying to figure what are some safe numbers considering i'm not running any catch cans/venting hardware.

Setup: Fresh H22 Turbo Block (Sleeves, forged internals etc...), built valvetrain, Ti Retainers, Precision SC-61, S300 etc...

How much boost/WHP can I run before I should seriously consider running a catch can with two bungs running out of the valve cover and one for the crank case?

What are the risks? (Blown seals etc...)

you don't need to be boosted to need a catch can, oil goes into your IM and your head without one even if you're stock

Better to be safe than sorry. Just spend a little more on a catch can. You spent all that money in the block, what's another 100 bux or so ?

I will be getting one. I just want to know what's a safe amount of boost to tune for while i'm getting my other valve cover bunged so I don't pressure blow a seal.

Do a search on Honda-Tech. I'm sure there is something there that says how. I'm not sure we have discussed well enough here.
