Hondata

I've been reading about hondata for a couple of hours now, and I am liking everything I hear, except that it dosen't work with the ATTS unit. I guess that is ok with me depending on what that means. So from what I understand if I am running my lude without the ATTS it will run exactly like a stock lude +70lbs worth of ATTS unit? No adverse effects?

Thanks in Advance

You know what I'm going to suggest you to do, so I won't say it.

The answer it, yes, it will. You'll just have ~70lbs of junk in one of the worst possible locations in terms of engine work. LuderSH was -><- this close to doing this until he decided to revert back to stock.

Thats pretty much the situation I'm in. Turbo with standalone and no atts. I'm wondering if its possible to lose the 70+lbs of atts unit I'm lugging around see post: how would I go about disconecting the atts unit?

40 odd pounds? Where else does the 100 or so pounds in base and sh difference come from?

the little SH sticker on the back probably weighs in at around 50-60 lbs .

I didn't even think it weighed 44 pounds, but I never weighed it.

Extra weight is from the other suspension components, longer springs, rear spoiler, all that extra little crap.

i did!

mine was 42, but the published weight is 44 and i was on a household scale (i.e diference between weight of me holding my atts and me by myself)

some of the other weight is the spoiler, a bunch is the other parts of the suspension, but i'm not convinced that the total difference is really the 88 pounds that honda quotes. i weighed my sh a long time ago, and it was significantly less than hondas published figure. i assumed that a base would also be significantly less than hondas published figure, but maybe it wouldn't be less by quite as large a margin ?
